While you or your loved one is enrolled in our SCP (Service Centered Programs) we ensure satisfaction by closely monitoring your selections and dietary needs & checking in for quality assurance and feedback. 

Yes, we will personally call to ensure the enrollee has eaten.  While our audience is comprised predominantly with those affected by dementia, we equally aim to serve those who are differently abled or need special assistance.
